Richard provides online consultancy and post sale support all through the day and evening - most days. Simply check to see if Richard is online. Live help is always on when in the showroom and generally on when Richard is at home. If you find live help OFF during showroom hours it is possible he has been called away for personal or business reasons (or he is simply overwhelmed with in store customers!)

This number is particularly useful out of hours, at busy periods or if Richard is out of the building. Leave a telephone message explaining your requirements and Richard will call you back to take this further ASAP - armed with the appropriate answers!
Showroom hours sales: 01789 26 33 33 (will still go to answerphone if Richard is too busy to take the call, if both lines are in use or its outside of office hours - a recording of your message is sent to Richard so PLEASE leave a message. )

For the best experience it is always advisable to discuss your requirements and your visit in advance with Richard who can, if necessary book an appointment and prepare the right guitar for your arrival. Of course you can pop in without any notice as long as you appreciate Richard may be dealing with someone else who has made an appointment.
