The Danelectro 58 Longhorn Bass Guitar is a reissue of an iconic guitar first produced in 1958 and heard on countless recordings. This reissue features the longhorn body shape with a Masonite laminated wood frame and traditional bridge with a Rosewood saddle. The two Lipstick pickups utilise alnico magnets to produce the distinctive, time-honoured tone with a slightly hotter output. The 58 Longhorn Bass also features a Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard with a 29.75'' scale length and 24 frets. This unique instrument is complete with white dot inlays, a black pickguard, Kluson-style machine heads and dual concentric control pots.
