Since I live in Sweden and there are no dealers selling Furch I took a chance and ordered from Richards in England after listening to Videos and getting advice from Richard and his team.
My already high expectations were far exceeded. The feeling, look and sound is amazing. I have played other much more expensive main stream guitars in shops here in Sweden without being impressed but the sound of my Furch is in my opinion far better, especially compared with what you get for the prize. I felt in love directly and this is the far best guitar I have ever owned. I ordered the guitar with Matrix Infinity VT electronics and it also works very well. Mostly I will play it pure acoustic but sometimes it can be fun to plug in. The electronics is also invisibly which I like as I love the natural look on the guitar. Also, the Hiscox case I ordered is of good quality and everything was delivered to my home in Sweden in perfect condition. I Coldn 't be more happy with my purchase.

Richard was great... great advice given over the chat and at a weird time of evening but Richard answered! Following on from this I went with Richard's recommendation.

Yes you have to wait about 10 days for your guitar to arrive but this is the difference from buying from Richard than buying from a high street shop! The process Richard and his team put the guitar through is what every guitar should go through but most people just aren't going to pay to do this to a cheap guitar, but love the fact that my new Furch guitar has.

I thought my cheap Yamaha was good, and for a mass produced guitar it is pretty okay, but when you put it next to the Furch then you really see the difference.

Looks amazing, feels great, especially as the Grand Auditorium is slightly smaller than my Dreadnought and this makes it much more comfortable for me, and the sound is amazing.

IN an internet world where there is just endless choice and after a lot of research I fixed on buying either a Furch or Eastman guitar and Richard's Youtube reviews were so full of enthusiasm and knowledge that I also fixed on buying from Richard's Guitars. Richard and Jon were so brilliant on the day I visited the shop, they couldn't have been more helpfull and allowed me to play many guitars. I was there at least 3 hours! But I kept coming back to the Furch Blue G CMC and now it belongs to me. My precious! When buying an acoustic, you have to go and try them out. Richard has a quiet room where you can really hear a guitar on its own too. If you're thinking of buying an acoustic and don't just want a big brand name but want a great guitar I would not hesitate to go and see Richard's Guitars and spend a few hours treating your ears to some fantastic instruments.

I really can't fault the service I received from the guys at Richards. It is a really relaxed environment, and they go out of their way to let you try any guitar you like. I ended up purchasing the Furch, which is simply an outstanding guitar with a very clear balanced sound; it is really ideal for fingerpicking, and for me it was just what I was looking for. The cedar top/ Mahogany back and sides gives the guitar a slighty darker tone to my ears, and I think the sustain is really amazing. The guitar was set up nicely. Sadly for me and probably for my wife, there are other guitars there I liked too - Oh dear. All in all very happy with the whole experience, and will go back to Richards when in the market again.

I bought this guitar from Richard few months ago and it's just astonishing. I play fingerstyle and this is absolutely perfect for it. Every note from the trembling basses to the high harmonics ring beautifully and the tone overall is just perfectly balanced. I HIGHLY recommend this guitar!

I also have to mention the top notch service from Richard and the rest of the crew. Very helpful and friendly service and the setup was impeccable! I'll be definitely checking Richard's supply when planning my next guitar purchase.
