Richard provides online consultancy and post sale support all through the day and evening - most days. Simply check to see if Richard is online. Live help is always on when in the showroom and generally on when Richard is at home. If you find live help OFF during showroom hours it is possible he has been called away for personal or business reasons (or he is simply overwhelmed with in store customers!)
