The Faith Naked Series FKV Venus is a stripped back, uncomplicated electro acoustic with a breathable satin finish. It features an all solid wood construction, cutaway body, Rosewood fingerboard and Shadow electronics.
This Faith Naked Series Venus may have simple looks but at its heart its a true Faith guitar holding onto legendary luthier Patrick James Eggles' design concepts.
The cutaway, all solid body is made up of a solid Engelmann Spruce top and solid Indonesian Mahogany back and sides. Patrick's X-Brace design and quarter sawn spruce bracing yields rigidity whilst giving the guitar superior resonance. The Mahogany neck utilizes Patrick Bolt-On Design and is topped with a Rosewood fingerboard with a 12th fret Mother of Pearl 'F' inlay.
Not only does the FKV Venus sound great acoustically but with the onbaord Shadow electronics - a Shadow Performer Tuner Preamp with a Shadow Nanoflex Pickup - the amplified tone sings too.
With the Faith Naked Series FKN Neptune you get simple looks, no unnecessary cosmetics and a simple, breathable satin finish delivering the very soul of Faith guitars at superb value.
I (Richard) have been involved with Faith Guitars for over a decade - in fact since their conception.
Patrick Eggles personal involvement changed a stylish brand with a few technical issues into the bridging gap (as I call it) between the finest example of what is achievable from production in the Far East and the World Class Furch/Stonebridge guitars (Made in Eastern Europe).
Unlike many guitars in the market Faith Guitars are made by a dedicated team, overseen by Patrick Eggle himself during his many visits to the Factory. They only produce Faith guitars and they only produce all solid wood instruments. Quality is at the heart of every guitar.
Faith Guitars geometry is second to none, ensuring we can set up the guitar to your personal specification with ease. Take a look at the "break angle" of the saddle on your next trip into a guitar shop and you will generally see its superb (If you don't know what the break angle is, just click on my live chat and I will explain - its important!!)
Featuring all solid wood construction and the highest of attention paid to detail Faith Guitars are both visually and tonally superb.
