Fancy working with me at Rguitars.co.uk? I am Seeking an Order Tracking Manager

I am really very excited to announce that as of Tuesday there will be a fresh new face joining Rguitars.co.uk - but its just the beginning...

Natashas role is to help create and shape the role of my new order tracking manager who I will need for when she returns to University late September.

The order tracking managers role will be to acquire current information on back orders and to ensure information is available to our customers whenever required.   Whenever we receive a new order it is important for information on this product to be made available as quickly as possible and provided to the customer.

This new development is vital to provide my customers a totally 100% dedicated customer service experience.  By having someone focus purely and totally on tracking orders and acquiring updates from my suppliers I can dedicate my time to talking to customers who need advice on their possible purchase.

Natasha will be working with us for the next 12 weeks, forming the role and then will continue with her University studies in late September - so anyone who fancies taking on the role later in the year let me know!

Hours may even suit a local parent looking to get back into work as they work reasonably well around school times which are...

10-1 & 2-4, Tuesday to Saturday.  The Tuesday could be swapped for a Monday if necessary.
