DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Damage in transit is incredibly rare due to Richards meticulous approach to packing guitars to ensure they arrive in the condition they left - perfect!

It is imperative to report any damage on the day of delivery with photos of the carton and damage to guitar. If damage is not reported on the delivery day we cannot provide a replacement or refund.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your purchase to ensure the guitar is to your liking and fault free.  After this time we reserve the right not to provide money back or an exchange based on a change of mind. However, due to Richards fanatical approach to customer service every request will be judged on it own merit. We are here to help - not hinder your guitar purchase and future relations!

We also provide a 30 day money back guarantee whereby we will offer a full refund and cover the costs of return if a fault is found or develops.

To be eligible for a return, your item must look unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your guitar to: 5 Tiddington Road, Stratford Upon Avon, GB, CV37 7AE

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the return is due to a fault we will repay your return costs once a fault has been verified and you have confirmed you do not want it replaced.
