Q. For guitars in stock, what factors influence my guitar being dispatched

Workshop Allocation

Due to the unique nature of our service, your guitar will be allocated workshop time which will be clarified with you when the guitar is ordered, or you can chat to us on live help at any time to ask what the current workload is.

We do also remind our customers that if we know you have a specific urgency, we will do our very best to work around your needs.

We are always here to discuss suitable delivery dates and will always work to ensure we do what is in our power to enable target dates to be met.

 

Q. How long does delivery usually takes once dispatched?

Our delivery service throughout the UK is next day and is free of charge.

 

Q.  What else could impact on delivery times?

If the guitar is out of stock.

We deal with a very personal selection of brands which offer something unique to guitarists and as such they come from a range of environments / countries and are delivered to us in a range of time frames which, if urgency and timings are your priority it is a good idea to chat with us to clarify this in relation to your specific guitar order.

We have a very good understanding of timings covering all of the brands we promote so can be pretty clear in our estimates should the item not be in stock with us when you order.

 

Q. How will I be kept informed?

We pride ourselves on how available we make ourselves to provide you updates as and when you need them.   We do of course provide you updates of key events as they occur too - usually by email as standard.

 

Q.  I am worried about being let down, buying online.  Can you put my mind at rest?

We are a small team who work very hard to provide a unique style of service, from the guitars we promote to the way in which we meticulously prepare those guitars for our customers and through to the long term relationships we form, supporting our customers all the way through this time.

Where most online stores consider the dispatch of a guitar as the "end" of their process - for us, we consider this very much as the beginning - The beginning of our responsibility to give back to the customer who has given us the opportunity to serve them.
