Richards Guitars is the official UK representative for Valiant guitars. We have a wonderful relationship with Valiant with direct communication with their team, allowing us to very quickly assess your needs and update you on the best way forward whether it be for something we have available, something in build or having a custom guitar made to suit your needs.

We provide our customers with a unique experience whether online and buying over a distance (providing service you wish you could find locally - a tag line I adopted many years ago) or when visiting us in person for our showroom experience which we are so proud to provide customers who travel far and wide to experience.

We are based centrally in the UK in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire. We are situated opposite the train station so it couldn't be simpler for you if you arrive by train!

Prior to your visit, you would chat with us about your requirements which may be a specific guitar, switching option, pickup config etc and we will do our best to ensure everything you want to experience is here for you on the day.

When you visit, we will make sure you have complete privacy on the day. Naturally, we are there to help when you want us, and we are mindful your entire visit that you are our priority and are there for you whenever you do need to chat things through.

Depending on the direction of the wind and placement of the planets, a time frame of 12 -16 weeks is a fair overview - which I personally find staggering.

Naturally, events can unfold which can cause delays, but this is a genuinely reasonable expectation I have when placing orders for my showroom - and the time would be the same for orders made for you.
