Furch Yellow Honduran Rosewood Gc SX Exotic Ltd Series Acoustic Guitar

So I've waited nearly a whole year before writing a review because I wanted to wait until the honeymoon phase was over...but it still isn't. I initially was going to get a spruce top blue series but I had a larger budget to play with just incase I fell in love with something else and a short version of the story is, I really fell in love with the Gc-CR.

The buying experiance was amazing, Beyond outstanding, No pressure sales tactics or any of that b/s just good advice and understanding of what I was looking for, In a lovely showroom full of luthier art & it was well worth the couple of hours drive!

I spent a few hours trying out different guitars, shapes, brands and giving feedback to Jake so he could understand what I was really looking for and the moment he placed that Yellow on the stand it was love at first note. I kept playing a few other guitars around the same budget but that Yellow Cedar top just spoke to me, It's so warm and beauitiful!! Even to this very day everytime I get it out of its case I just have a smile on my face from ear to ear, It has really inspired me to play alot more and just love it even more & In 30 years time I will look at that guitar and say "That was the best 2k I've ever spent".

Again a massive thank you to the whole team at Richards Guitars. Richard for all his hard work over the years and getting this brand known to people because I nearly bought a bloody Taylor before finding Richard on youtube but especially Jake who was looking after me that day and I had a wonderful time.

The sheer depth of tone from this smaller bodied guitar is staggering. I admire the precision with which it has been made, and the attention to detail, but the tone is to die for. Lush, warm, yet with a clarity that transcends this wood combination (Cedar/Rosewood).

Eine ausgezeichnete Gitarre, spielt wunderschön, fühlt sich großartig in den Armen an, dafür, dass es sich um eine Mittelklasse-Gitarre von Furch handelt, bin ich wirklich zufrieden mit der Qualität dieser Gitarre, und natürlich war Richard's Guitars fantastisch darin, mich beim Kauf zu betreuen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall in Zukunft wieder bei ihnen kaufen.

Manchmal kaufen eine Gitarre online kann eine Enttäuschung sein (ich habe es bei ein paar Gelegenheiten gewesen), aber nicht dieses Mal. Die Gitarre ist alles, was ich erwartet hatte und mehr. Noch besser, mein Gitarrenlehrer war sehr beeindruckt. Eine großartig klingende Gitarre. Sie wurde mit einem Satz 12er Saiten geliefert, aber ich habe sie gegen 10er ausgetauscht, da sie mir besser passen. Schöne niedrige Saitenlage. Das Sustain war besser als bei meiner Taylor 324e. Alles gesagt und getan, ein guter Kauf und ich kann Richards Guitars nur empfehlen! Der Koffer war auch toll!

I recently started playing guitar again & bought a Taylor BB, big mistake. While looking for a Martin I came across reviews for Furch and decided to give them a try and bought a Furch D blue. I was so impressed that I upgraded al little and added an OM yellow, I love it both aesthetically, tone and ease of playing. I am now considering going for one of the red series. Unfortunately most of them are not in stock but this will give me time to consider which one to choose. Thank you Richard’s Guitars.

The Furch guitar I purchased is absolutely first class and has a wonderful warm sound. Very pleased with it and well worth the money.
This was my first experience with Richards Guitars and I have to say they are fantastic in terms of products they offer and level of customer service. I particularly liked the fact I never once felt they were 'pushing' me to buy a guitar model that they wanted to offload. They just let me get on with it and I demoed as many guitars as I wanted before I made my decision on the Furch. I also liked the fact that they set up the guitar to your personal preference for no extra charge. Excellent and I would definitely go to Richards Guitars if wanting to purchase another guitar.

Love this guitar. Wanted to find something with a tone as warm as my Taylor mahogany but less bulky and heavy. Took a while but Jake found one of the Furch Om yellow models upstairs and it stood out. It's comfortable to play being smaller but there is no compromise in sound. Beautiful warm tone with bell like trebles and great sustain.
Richards guitars really do offer a top class service and have a fabulous range of unique guitars!
