Initially very pleased with the finish however just recently I had occasion to practice under LED lighting and it was then I discovered a significant amount of very thin scratches / cracking of the lacquer, not quite sure which. If they are scratches it looks like they have been caused by a plectrum and as I don’t use one it has dampened my impression somewhat. I have attempted to take photos but they fail to show the problem.

Only praise as usual for Richard’s Guitars. Great service and always available for any questions. A fantastic guitar, Expertly set up, and reasonably priced. No doubt I’ll definitely back.

This Lag guitar is very good indeed, especially given that it is around the £600 price point; it sounds and plays better (to me), than a £2000 guitar in my possession, albeit not for much longer! It has a lovely tone, partly die to the cedar top, it projects very well and is tonally well balanced. If you're looking for a good guitar without having to pay a lot of money for it, I would thoroughly recommend a Lag.

Read great reviews regarding Richard’s Guitars, and wanted the T88ACE lefty. Advised stack was sporadic but they managed to get one for me. Had to wait for it if course, but came and I am completely happy with the purchase, service, setup, and communication with them. A pleasure to deal with and would highly reccomend them to anyone. Ich habe mein Auge auf Sauvage Brankowood Serie seit sie eingeführt wurden. Sie sind nicht in N.Z. erhältlich.
Das Team von Richards Guitars richtete die Gitarre sorgfältig ein und war fast bereit, sie zu verschicken, als sie einen kleinen Fehler entdeckten, so dass sie das ursprüngliche Instrument aussortierten und mit einem neuen begannen. Sie kam in tadellosem Zustand vor meiner Haustür an. Die Pappschachtel hat auf dem Weg dorthin einen kleinen Schlag abbekommen, aber die hochwertige Lag-Tasche hat sie vor Schäden geschützt.

Er sieht sogar noch besser aus als auf den Fotos. Die strukturierten Seiten und die Rückseite verleihen ihm ein sehr angenehmes und haptisches Aussehen. Optisch hebt er sich von der Masse ab. Es hat einen schönen warmen Klang und wenn Sie etwas Lärm machen wollen, kann es die Lautstärke problemlos erhöhen. Durch seine geringe Größe ist es einfacher, es mitzunehmen.
Ich genieße es wirklich, sie zu spielen. Ich sitze an warmen Sommerabenden draußen auf dem Balkon und spiele es, viel besser geht es nicht.

Es wird ein Erbstück sein, das man an die Enkelkinder weitergeben kann.

Excellent guitar at a good price. Also the personal service was first rate. The only hiccup was that I discussed coming back to collect the guitar after the setup but they had it sorted and with the courier before notifying me. Having said that, the guitar came well packaged, on time and obviously well looked after by the courier.

Great communication from the team. I was asked exactly how I wanted the guitarto be set up, string guage etc. Very pleased woth the result! Beautiful guitar and setup is spot on. I will definitely buy any future guitars here, including electric guitars. Top marks guys!

I am thrilled with my LAG parlour guitar, and the team at Richard’s Guitar were very helpful in advising me and providing great communication all round. Having a real set up makes all the difference. The proof is that I can’t stop playing the thing!
