Furch Yellow Deluxe Gc CR (With Option Of Original 23CR Inlays - A Worldwde No Cost Exclusive) (2025 CNR Active Upgrade Model)

So I've waited nearly a whole year before writing a review because I wanted to wait until the honeymoon phase was over...but it still isn't. I initially was going to get a spruce top blue series but I had a larger budget to play with just incase I fell in love with something else and a short version of the story is, I really fell in love with the Gc-CR.

The buying experiance was amazing, Beyond outstanding, No pressure sales tactics or any of that b/s just good advice and understanding of what I was looking for, In a lovely showroom full of luthier art & it was well worth the couple of hours drive!

I spent a few hours trying out different guitars, shapes, brands and giving feedback to Jake so he could understand what I was really looking for and the moment he placed that Yellow on the stand it was love at first note. I kept playing a few other guitars around the same budget but that Yellow Cedar top just spoke to me, It's so warm and beauitiful!! Even to this very day everytime I get it out of its case I just have a smile on my face from ear to ear, It has really inspired me to play alot more and just love it even more & In 30 years time I will look at that guitar and say "That was the best 2k I've ever spent".

Again a massive thank you to the whole team at Richards Guitars. Richard for all his hard work over the years and getting this brand known to people because I nearly bought a bloody Taylor before finding Richard on youtube but especially Jake who was looking after me that day and I had a wonderful time.

I made an appointment to visit on our return from France which needed a little flexibility on arrival time. I was looking for a Furch guitar and had the opportunity to try numerous models around my price range all the guitars were excellent but the service certainly makes a difference eventually deciding on an Orange deluxe with a cedar top.
The whole process was as described my guitar was already made and awaiting shipment to Richard’s to be set up and delivered. Perfect experience and would certainly be buying from them again.

The sheer depth of tone from this smaller bodied guitar is staggering. I admire the precision with which it has been made, and the attention to detail, but the tone is to die for. Lush, warm, yet with a clarity that transcends this wood combination (Cedar/Rosewood).

Une guitare excellente, qui se joue magnifiquement et qui est super agréable à prendre en main. Pour une Furch de milieu de gamme, je suis vraiment ravi de la qualité de cette guitare, et bien sûr, Richards Guitars a été fantastique pour s'occuper de moi lors de l'achat. Je leur achèterais sans hésiter une autre guitare.

Parfois, acheter une guitare en ligne peut être décevant (cela m'est arrivé à quelques reprises), mais pas cette fois. La guitare est tout ce que j'attendais et plus encore. Mieux encore, mon professeur de guitare a été très impressionné. Une guitare avec un super son. Elle est arrivée avec un jeu de 12, mais je les ai changées pour des 10 car elles me conviennent mieux. Action basse agréable. Le sustain était meilleur que ma Taylor 324e. En fin de compte, un bon achat et Richards Guitars a été recommandé !
Le case était super aussi ! SPA un super micro.

I recently started playing guitar again & bought a Taylor BB, big mistake. While looking for a Martin I came across reviews for Furch and decided to give them a try and bought a Furch D blue. I was so impressed that I upgraded al little and added an OM yellow, I love it both aesthetically, tone and ease of playing. I am now considering going for one of the red series. Unfortunately most of them are not in stock but this will give me time to consider which one to choose. Thank you Richard’s Guitars.

The Furch guitar I purchased is absolutely first class and has a wonderful warm sound. Very pleased with it and well worth the money.
This was my first experience with Richards Guitars and I have to say they are fantastic in terms of products they offer and level of customer service. I particularly liked the fact I never once felt they were 'pushing' me to buy a guitar model that they wanted to offload. They just let me get on with it and I demoed as many guitars as I wanted before I made my decision on the Furch. I also liked the fact that they set up the guitar to your personal preference for no extra charge. Excellent and I would definitely go to Richards Guitars if wanting to purchase another guitar.
