Initially very pleased with the finish however just recently I had occasion to practice under LED lighting and it was then I discovered a significant amount of very thin scratches / cracking of the lacquer, not quite sure which. If they are scratches it looks like they have been caused by a plectrum and as I don’t use one it has dampened my impression somewhat. I have attempted to take photos but they fail to show the problem.

Only praise as usual for Richard’s Guitars. Great service and always available for any questions. A fantastic guitar, Expertly set up, and reasonably priced. No doubt I’ll definitely back.

This Lag guitar is very good indeed, especially given that it is around the £600 price point; it sounds and plays better (to me), than a £2000 guitar in my possession, albeit not for much longer! It has a lovely tone, partly die to the cedar top, it projects very well and is tonally well balanced. If you're looking for a good guitar without having to pay a lot of money for it, I would thoroughly recommend a Lag.

Read great reviews regarding Richard’s Guitars, and wanted the T88ACE lefty. Advised stack was sporadic but they managed to get one for me. Had to wait for it if course, but came and I am completely happy with the purchase, service, setup, and communication with them. A pleasure to deal with and would highly reccomend them to anyone. He tenido mi ojo en la serie Sauvage Brankowood desde que se introdujeron. No están disponibles en Nueva Zelanda.
El equipo de Richards Guitars meticulosamente configurado la guitarra, que estaban casi listos para enviarlo cuando descubrieron un ligero defecto por lo que rechazó el instrumento original y comenzó de nuevo con una nueva. Llegó a mi puerta en perfectas condiciones. La caja de cartón recibió un pequeño golpe en algún punto del camino, pero la bolsa Lag de alta calidad la protegió de cualquier daño.

Tiene incluso mejor aspecto que en las fotografías. Los laterales y la parte trasera texturizados le dan un aspecto muy agradable y táctil. Destaca visualmente entre la multitud. Tiene un bonito tono cálido y, si necesitas hacer ruido, puede subir el volumen sin problemas. Su pequeño tamaño hace que sea más fácil de llevar.
Me gusta mucho tocarlo. He estado sentado fuera en las cálidas noches de verano, jugando en el balcón, no hay nada mejor.

Será una reliquia para pasar a los nietos.

Excellent guitar at a good price. Also the personal service was first rate. The only hiccup was that I discussed coming back to collect the guitar after the setup but they had it sorted and with the courier before notifying me. Having said that, the guitar came well packaged, on time and obviously well looked after by the courier.

Great communication from the team. I was asked exactly how I wanted the guitarto be set up, string guage etc. Very pleased woth the result! Beautiful guitar and setup is spot on. I will definitely buy any future guitars here, including electric guitars. Top marks guys!

I am thrilled with my LAG parlour guitar, and the team at Richard’s Guitar were very helpful in advising me and providing great communication all round. Having a real set up makes all the difference. The proof is that I can’t stop playing the thing!
