Beautiful guitar and it was Set Up to perfection by Richard’s Guitars

There are many positives I take away from the process, including:
1. The staff are helpful, positive and knowledgeable
2. It was a great being able to play some of the guitars in the show room.
3. Generally got a swift and helpful response after completing the ordering process.
4. The guitar plays well and looks great.
5. The company employs an effective set up and test process at no extra cost.

BUT

The time from order date to set up took over 32 weeks.

Ayant acheté une Gordon Smith chez Richard’s Guitars l'année dernière, je suis revenu acheter une Auden “Julia” le mois dernier. Les gars sont super sympas et, sachant que j'avais dit que j'essaierais une GS de style Stratocaster, John en avait quelques-unes à me faire essayer. J'ai aimé le poids et le manche de celle que j'ai achetée. Ils sont super à traiter et peuvent prendre des commentaires et finir par trouver la guitare particulière qui vous convient. C'est tout, plus de guitares (honnêtement) !

Vraiment une belle guitare construite exactement selon les spécifications que j'ai demandées, la mise à jour des progrès était géniale grâce à toute l'équipe, vraiment satisfait

All credit to the team at Gordon Smith for their outstanding work and to RG for supporting and promoting an excellent UK builder. I feel like I've got genuine custom shop quality for a half the price. I'll go further, this guitar is the sweetest sounding electric I've ever had. Simply get one.
