My new guitar was set-up for me & it sounded great; but then it sounded great when I tried it out before buying.
However, as part of the deal, I also had my existing guitar set-up for half price. This sounded pretty good to me to begin with, but it was definitely improved once the work was done.
In summary, I couldn't be more pleased with the service.
This really is a great guitar. I pushed the boat out with my budget, but I'm so pleased with it. The sound quality exceeded the competition by miles & I've found myself playing it every day. The service from the staff was also second to none. I had unpressured advice to make my decisions & the guitar was set up for me beautifully (along with my existing Yamaha).
