I went to the shop on a whim, as I was in Stratford for a day out with the wife, I was greeted with a smile and helpful staff. I didn't book a session to view the guitars, but they made me welcomed and as there was no one booked in to the acoustic room, they allowed me to browse at my own free will..no pushy sales tactics, just went and played whatever guitars I took a shine to. nearly an hour later I walked out with a beautiful Auden guitar. Couldn't be happier and would seriously recommend these guys if you want to find a quality built guitar!! thanks guys again!!
