Here is the one - the only - Sophie Dobedoe AKA Richards Guitars Family Member Extraordinaire. At one of her recent open mic sessions in Stratford Upon Avon.

She’s kind, caring, thoughtful, funny and always desperate to ensure our customers are well looked after in such difficult times.

If / when Sophie answers your call or welcomes you at our door you know you are in the safest hands!

She cares passionately about using her experience to help our customers, and frankly... I really don’t know what we would do without her 😭

She has been playing guitar for over 10 years now and in fact the guitar you see her playing was one of her first proper acoustics and its a Faith Mercury Naked Series!  Must have been one of the first they produced in fact.  Its aged beautifully - as I am sure she wont mind me saying  - has she.

We call our team "family" and I don't say that lightly.  To me Sophie and the others are an extension of my family - its just this side of the family talk about guitars a lot more than the other side!!  Lifes balance :)
