Absolutely brilliant service.

All good take my Danelectro 12st in had a issues with fret rattle with using a capo so all adjusted new strings now just like new of which i bought from Richard Guitars from the start

Once again Richard and his team have put a big smile on my face. I absolutely love this guitar.
I was looking for a small body acoustic guitar because of some shoulder issues and wanted a guitar that was a little more comfortable for me to play. I have a Dowina GAC size acoustic that was also purchased from Richard but I don’t use as much as I want to.
So I spoke to Jake and Jon about some guitars I was interested in and with their advice and knowledge we agreed on this little Eastman and I am so glad we did.
It is a beautiful sounding guitar and is helping me big time with developing my finger picking skills. It also looks amazing and the set up is perfect for me, this is my fourth guitar from Richard and I highly recommend Richard’s guitars for their honesty and dedication to both their customers and their suppliers. Very well constructed with nicely figured woods. Acoustically, it sounds good for a travel sized guitar, and it's a whole different world when you turn the Bluewave effects on.

I bought this as a gift so I can’t give a full review, but I would say that the reverb is pretty decent, though not in the same league as a pro pedal, of course. Hats off to Jake, who honestly gave me that same opinion when I enquired about the guitar. I purchased it for my daughter so she could stream her favourite songs through the Bluetooth speaker, and add some lead.

As a fun guitar, this takes some beating, and I guess if you wanted to see jaws drop at your local unplugged singaround/ session, this would definitely deliver!

Battery life isn't stated because LAG don't publish it, but when I contacted them I was told it was around 10 hours of normal use. I understand that the battery discharges slowly when it's not in use, so one needs to plug it in before using the next time, if it's been a while.

I purchased my guitar from Richard after watching his video about the additional set-up and preparation service that he and his colleagues offer. I am so glad that I did. From start to finish the team at Richard's Guitars have been brilliant. I've been kept in touch about timelines and asked for any specific preferences, which I thought was great. To have the action lowered and the right gauge of string added before delivery was super helpful and saved me the time in inevitably having to do this after receipt from other retailers. As Richard says in the video, the instrument costs a little more but I felt that the value-added in preparing it to my tastes was well worth it. Thanks to everyone at Richard's. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Really great quality and beautiful sound

The guitar purchased was available slightly cheaper elsewhere but I'm glad I paid the small extra premium for having it properly inspected and beautifully set up prior to dispatch.

My guitar arrived ready to play straight from the box. Wonderful service.

When i received the guitar i had a few issues around intonation, nut and the floating trem. I am an epi user so new to float trem so was probably expectating miracles. However after a few emails with Richard Guitars support team they were good enough to arrange for prompt collection and the guitar was re-set to my specs with the trem blocked off. Now happy and worth paying a bit more to ensure the guitar is "right".

The guitar was perfect

My Furch yellow GC/CR arrived last week after going through the workshop at Richards Guitars. Very fine sounding guitar and the setup was just perfect. Although I usually do my own setups and fit my own pickups it's a time consuming job which takes me at least half a day, So nice to have a guitar arrive ready to play right out of the case, well worth the extra few days between ordering and delivery. My 3rd guitar from Richards guitars and all were setup equally well, great job.

So, this was a 60th birthday surprise for my other half. I think I gave RG a bit of stress to get this lovely guitar in to the UK and through the workshop so that it could be delivered to a friend, who snuck it in his car to deliver to birthday destination. The guitar was set up perfectly for my style of playing and has effortlessly fitted in to my live rig offering me a wealth of new possibilities. The Godin made its debut within a week of receiving it and will now be the only Guitar I take on a show.

Welll set up and ready easy to play

I received my guitar ( a 12 string Danelectro) very well packed and In pristine condition. It felt to me like the whole buying experience was geared to a more personal touch than your everyday corporate. Although I’ve had no need to speak to Richard directly the work that was done on the set up suited me perfectly.
