Keipro KJBM5-Custom Premium-B Bass Guitar

Keipro KJBM5-Custom Premium-B

The KJBM5-Custom Premium-B is a premium 5-string bass that combines striking natural aesthetics with versatile electronics, exceptional playability and professional-level construction. Built around a Swamp Ash body with a 5mm Poplar Burl top, Roasted Maple neck and Roasted Birdseye Maple fingerboard, this bass delivers a balanced, resonant and articulate tone with an unmistakably luxurious appearance.

The Swamp Ash body provides a dynamic tonal foundation with plenty of clarity, punch and resonance, while the 5mm Poplar Burl top adds exceptional visual depth and individuality. Finished in satin, the combination creates an understated yet distinctive appearance, while the KJB-C1 body contour provides a comfortable and ergonomic playing experience.

The Roasted Maple neck features a comfortable C Slim profile, paired with a Roasted Birdseye Maple fingerboard with a 9.5" radius and 21 medium nickel frets for smooth and precise playability. Luminous side dots with brass rings provide excellent visibility on darker stages, while the 34" scale length gives the bass the familiar feel and response expected from a full-scale 5-string instrument. Pearl Shell fingerboard inlays and a matching satin-finished headstock complete the premium look.

Equipped with YHL Neptune 5J85FC-N and 5J85FC-B Alnico pickups, the KJBM5-Custom Premium-B delivers a broad and responsive tonal range with excellent warmth, clarity and punch. The pickups are designed to capture detailed dynamics from subtle fingerstyle playing through to aggressive slap techniques, while the active/passive circuit and bass and treble controls provide extensive tonal flexibility.

The brass KMB5-2 bridge with stainless steel saddles provides a solid foundation for excellent string vibration transfer, helping to deliver strong sustain, precise note definition and a powerful low-end response. Combined with Gotoh GRL510C-12 tuning gears and its premium construction, the KJBM5-Custom Premium-B is an exceptional 5-string bass designed for players who demand versatility, craftsmanship and standout visual character.
