Great little accessory! Ill never have to go searching for errant picks. This box keeps them all in one place. Good purchase.
M
This is a great strap. It has a stylish retro look and fits well to any guitar. Would recommend.
C
Great strap -like the leather ends for durability - looks great on my blue PRS-CE
J
Great item, will be buying another in red. Would wholeheartedly recommend! 5*****
J
A really good buy 👏
J
Ideal tuner. Very easy to use and very accurate.
K
Really easy to use and great fast service from Richard’s Guitar’s.
P
Love this metal artwork, a welcome addition to my music room.
J
Do the job, only just able to fit on a Walsall leather strap. ( the strap is at least twice as thick as a cheap strap)
You'd never get a circlip type lock on a Walsall strap.
J
Easy to fit, work well, your guitar strap isn't going anywhere unless you want it to
B
fabulous support thank you
B
Great help and support when making our choices on what to buy
S
The tuner is light, accurate and easy to use plus good value.
E
The spring is very stiff quite irritating to move around as you need a tough grip
J
I cannot stress enough how much my expectations have been exceeded with this purchase.
The guitar sounds amazing both plugged and unplugged. Pickup and step button Installation is flawless to the point you’d never think it didn’t come like this out of the factory.
The guitar sounds great, but best of all it plays like a dream. I own several high”end big name guitars, and can honestly say that none of them have come with such a perfect setup as this one. Anyone thinking that the purchase/delivery turn around is too long, I can only say it’s totally worth the wait.
I’ve now had the chance play a few gigs with it and I couldn’t be happier with how it holds out.
At the expense of repeating myself, my expectations have been well exceeded with this purchase.
Thank you.
s
Clamps well, but better suited to slimmer knocks as too tight on thicker knecks.
C
So much better than my prehistoric capo - strong and quick to move whilst playing. Thank you for suggesting it.
J
Simplicity itself and very accurate.
The best tuner I own.
P
It’s a capo, I’ve never owned one before so nothing to compare with. Works fine. Not a lot else to say.
Customer service on the hand is exceptional.
These guys are highly recommended.
b
Top quality, easy to use. They have top notch service, giving you the best advice!
H
Not my usual choice of straplocks but they work really well in conjunction with the Walsall leather guitar strap feeling very secure..
D
A very useful and handy gadget which makes tuning the guitar quick and easy. Allows you to get on with playing your guitar without any hassle. Inexpensive, accurate and easy to use.
m
Beautiful strap of a really high quality. We'll priced for the item. Comfortable to use. Service was great too, though everyone was off when ordered due to Covid, as soon as they were back they communicated immediately, apologised for any delay and sent straight away. Always pleased to buy from Richard as there is a level of quality and service seldom found in online purchases.
H
Smooth action, easy to use and helps the butterflies. What more do you need?
I
Nothing is falling off with these strap locks.
C
If I said that the service and the products received from R guitars has been exemplary, it would be an under statement. Thank you Richard, Jon, Sophie et al for everything. Why doesn't everyone shop at Richards!?
T
Great add-on and cool that they're fitted for you! That said, the Wallsall straps are so chunky it was a job getting them on ;-)
B
Satisfied with it
G
Really pretty and well constructed strap. Colours are vivid and compliments my Furch accoustic.
D
Guitar is 5 star. Superb build quality. There was a long delay in build time (due to a flood it turns out). I could have been kept up to date better pith progress as only communication was responses to me chasing.
With a worldwide shortage of resources - which is effecting every brand we are dealing with - including Gordon Smith - We have over 200 customers (and growing) waiting for guitars.
When you required an update - you asked for it and we provided it. Currently, this is 100% the best we can offer any customer. Providing ad hoc updates and photos along the way would be lovely in a perfect world but the World right now is far from perfect and actually nearer a total collapse.
Even getting an update from Gordon Smith can be incredibly hard as members of their team will be off with Covid - accessing details on a specific order is not easy.
We are a small team who care passionately for you - and every customer and rely on the patience and understanding of our customers during this incredibly difficult time.
