Richard himself showed genuine interest in myself and my guitar needs to make sure I got the right instrument for me all without pushing or forcing his opinions on me. A genuinely good guy. As for the Lag T200D....I love it. It stands out from the crowd without being showy. Understated elegance is the key phrase I would use here. Some really nice touches like the contoured edge binding make this a really comfortable guitar to play. The sound is full, bright and crisp. All in all, I simply couldn't be happier with my shopping experience at Richard's."
