Truthfully? I believe I overpaid. The guitar in itself woods used, body and sides, neck etc are all perfect thanks to Washburn. The supposed £250 professional set up is an over sell in my opinion. The strings used are quite awful even though they are D'Addario. I immediately changed your ones to D'Addario Acoustic Guitar Strings, XS 80/20 Bronze Coated, XSABR1047-3P, Extra Light Gauge 10-47 and left the thing for 2 days to get over the initial disappointment. After a while I went back to it and it felt and played much better so yes,I like it now but really cannot see any benefits to the pro set up. Now I don't need a response like lazy chefs make some people like uncooked carrots regarding the strings used just do yourself a favour and use the strings I used and people will have a much better experience. I'll give you 2 and a half stars mostly thanks to Washburn themselves. I bought one from cash converters of all places for £200 cleaned off the junkie's DNA restrung it and there is 100% no difference so a week later I waited excitedly for my new one to arrive so yeah mine was 'only new' with better woods in my opinion so there you have an over sell. Still love it though.
