Excellent service from Richard’s Guitars. The guitar is well set up and a delight to play, app is easy to operate and the sounds are easily configurable

This is my guitar – it is absolutely fantastic (and I’ve tried Martins and Taylors previously) – looks, feels and sounds gorgeous. The design process, working with Dowina was a really nice experience too. If you’ve not yet tried a Dowina, get to Richards – the staff and also pretty cool (but coffee is not great!)
