Let me say first of all - the service we have received on our opening order with Yamaha (of which you have been the 'victim') has been utterly appauling.
Promises of guitars that dont then arrive - deliveries that then dont arrive - I have literally NO idea what they are playing at.
Revstar was my reason for opening the Yamaha account (also they own Line 6 and I wanted the amps) and to think my VERY FIRST EVER Revstar has been so poorly handled is an absolute, total travesty and not a great advert for Yamaha - and I have forwarded your review to my account manager.
I am more concerned right now about you - doing whatever I can to help - to ensure that you do receive a totally perfect example.
I will personally inspect your guitar on its return and send you a follow up of whether the issue you have found is something I would or wouldnt expect on a guitar of this price. It is very hard to tell from close up pictures and presuming the white I can see is reflection?
It does however look poorly cut out with gapping around the back plate - so I am very sorry if you were not happy and we are here to resolve this.
I will find out what on Earth is going on - and if you will let me - I proise you faithfully I will not be happy until I have made this up to you and more.
Please dont lose the faith in me - even if you are feeling let down at this moment.
