This mandolin exceeded my expectations. I have had mandolins before but the note separation , clarity and volume with this one is far superior. A decent mandolin can be expensive but this Eastman offers excellent value. A quality instrument at a reasonable cost.
Richards Guitars have been great. They had the guitar I've been looking for in stock - a Sterling CT50hss in a discontinued(?) colourway - 'Vintage Cream'. The AI chatbot on their website is the best I've experience, and I got follow-up responses from Richard himself re my enquiries. Once I'd purchased (after many back-and-forth messages) Jon the tech sent me emails keeping me updated with my custom setup process - hard-tailing, heavier strings, etc. Upon arrival the guitar setup was great - all I had to do was balance the pickups slightly. I'd buy from Richard's Guitars again in a heartbeat based on their service. As well as all of this^ - the price I paid was fantastic, and I got a further discount for purchasing via the 'Shop' app. I can't recommend enough!
