Frequently Asked Questions About Eastman Guitars UK – Acoustic, Electric & For Sale
Are Eastman Guitars good quality?
Yes! Eastman Guitars are renowned for their handcrafted quality, tonal depth, and premium materials. Every instrument is built using traditional luthiery techniques, offering sound and playability that rival far more expensive brands.
Do you set up Eastman Guitars before shipping?
Absolutely. Every Eastman guitar purchased from Richards Guitars is individually set up and adjusted to your exact specifications before dispatch, ensuring perfect tone, action, and playability when it arrives.
Are Eastman Guitars handmade or factory-produced?
All Eastman Guitars are handcrafted, not mass-produced. Skilled luthiers carefully carve, voice, and finish each instrument using traditional methods. This attention to detail gives Eastman guitars their distinctive clarity, resonance, and character - qualities often found only in high-end boutique models.
How do Eastman Guitars compare to Taylor or Gibson?
Eastman Guitars offer boutique craftsmanship and premium tonewoods at a fraction of the price of brands like Taylor or Gibson. They’re known for their warm tone, vintage-inspired design, and exceptional value, making them a top choice among discerning players.
I bought this to replace a Furch Blue guitar which had developed a buzz caused by a loose brace. Richard and Jake were really helpful and repsonsive in dealing with this and after another fantastic day trying out guitars I decided to upgrade with a fair trade-in to the new Furch Green 2026 model with a torrified Spruce top. I think Furch are onto a winner with this model. Sitting below the Yellow series guitars in price, in my opinion it offers similar, albeit slightly different, quality in sound and playability compared to its more pricey sister range.
