Our core service (and in my opinion, the best experience) will be based around your private appointment which I call the "Showroom Experience" - where everything we do is dedicated to ensuring you have the best day out & guitar experience ever.   A day to remember and hopefully look back on fondly!

Main Reception Availability

In order to give as many people access to our service during regular office hours, we have created a new and beautiful front reception space which enables visitors to access our more entry level & medium price instruments without appointment (although we still recommend it!).

Our reception space also supplies a wide range of guitar accessories and an opportunity to discuss your guitar needs generally without appointment.  This can also be a great time to get yourself booked in to experience the full range of personal recommendations available in our main showrooms - all based around 30 years of experience  in the industry (I promise you - a day to remember!)

Monday to Saturday 9am to 4pm

Sunday: Closed
