Its the heart and sole of our business - not the only reason to buy from us by any margin, but it is very tangible way of demonstrating our difference in the market.

For anyone who doesn't know just how much work can and does go into every guitar we sell, this video is for you.

It is just one example, and if you watch the video you will see adjustments made to this specific guitar that are very much personal to the geometry and character of this guitar - not to mention the price point as its a budget guitar which are often NOT as they should be when they arrive and it is up to us to make this instrument as good as we believe it CAN be - and we cannot do so - we will reject it - and start again.
