I love my new guitar. However, it was a very long wait (8 months). I understand that the delays were mostly outside of your control but I think you could have done a better job of keeping customers like me updated. It seems that COVID and brexit conspired to adversely affect the supply of guitars while demand went through the roof. I understand this now but it could have been communicated better and earlier, which would have reduced my frustration. A few Facebook posts or YouTube videos would have done it. When the guitar finally arrived I loved it. It plays wonderfully. Sadly there’s some minor damage on the back and you’re dealing with it but I’ve been waiting a few weeks again for a fix. I’m confident that you will resolve it eventually.
From Richard’s videos it seems that you’re struggling to come to terms with the size of business you want to be. Unfortunately, the more compelling (very, in my view) you make yourself, the harder it will be to respond to customers efficiently and effectively.
