I will begin by focusing on the positive. So for that I thank you for demonstrating my reviews are real and that the 1000 5 star reviews provided within my site are actually written by the customers - and not myself.
I do need to take issue with a few of your points hopefully demonstrating that sometimes in life you get out of it what you put in.
You did not provide a telephone number when you ordered your guitar and neither have you ever left a message for me to reply to you. This does not make it easy for me to help.
During the order process you were very critical of the delivery time and "promises" I had made which, thankfully because I use live help and keep transcripts I was able to demonstrate I provided a "guide" and asked you to click on the live chat any time you needed an update - which you chose not to do.
As my 1000 5 star reviews demonstrate I am a man of principle, pride and and integrity and can reassure you we would never intentionally supply anything less than a perfect instrument. I would expect anyone who did receive such a guitar to let me know immediately and allow me opportunity to remedy the problem.
If you have (once again) chosen to take your own path I do hope you are dealing with someone as honest as myself. If I were the technician looking at your guitar and saw the "tongue needed filing" (whatever that actually means as it is not a phrase I have ever heard of) I would immediately tell the person to return the goods for a refund or if I knew the integrity of the business mentioned (as any good tech would know of mine) I would say to them "They will be horrified if they know you have that - just let them know and they will sort it out for you"). However your tech has suggested that you pay him to "remedy" the problem. May be worth thinking about who you choose to trust - but as I say that is your path to take.
We will reject any guitar that shows any form of geometric issue that goes beyond the parameters of acceptability of a new guitar. Our hand finishing process ensures the guitar plays to perfection when it leaves. It sounds to me that the guitar had some truss rod movement in transit and easily remedied for you at no extra cost.
