Richard and his staff fitted this amp for me in a Furch GN2 and it works like a breeze. What really surprised me is how true the sound behind the amp sounds. I recorded and couldn't tell what was recorded behind the amp and without it. Incredible

good clear sound

Had this fitted to my acoustic guitar and I have to say that you wouldn't believe that there were any electronics there at all. It took some time to adjust the balance between piezo and microphone but there is no colouring of the sound at all (to my ears), It's just louder!! A lot of money but I feel it was well spent

This is a superb pick-up. Maybe I’m just lucky but it works as well as any pick-up I have ever used. Truly authentic, “lounge” acoustic sound when put through a main pa.

This works perfectly well with my Furch nylon strung and I find the sound to be very natural. Really like it!

The pickup sounds great - I've had an electro-acoustic before with a Fishman Presys system and I must say that the Matrix Infinity is a step up, soundwise. The controls are mounted inside the soundhole so you don't get the ugly piece of plastic on the side of the guitar body. The only downside is that it doesn't have a built-in tuner.

Awesome guitar and set up

Richard recommended this to be fitted to an Auden Chester I was purchasing from him, and it's great. Honestly, it's not going to worry a mic for tone, but as an undersaddle system and at a much keener price point than a good mic or blended pickup, I wouldn't expect it to, it's unfussy and straightforward so it's perfect for my needs right now. Unintrusive (soundhole controls), and a good range of output level with the onboard volume control, sounds great just plugged straight into a desk which is again absolutely what I need. The tone wheel takes a little getting used to, coming as I do from the 3 band EQ side-mounted controls brigade, as it's a single wheel. It's not the most radical tone pot ever, but it is very good at capturing the sound of the guitar and allowing you to adjust to the room you're playing. I like it a lot!

Can’t do this yet as have not taken it out to play!

My Guitar eventually arrived and it has been delivered is first clas condition. The order process was simple and the quality of the product great. Richard needs to work on his customer relation and communcations a bit just to give people the confidence that their purchase is being dealt with. But that said i would prefer to deal with Richards than a faceless multi national. Would hve been 5 stars if they got the comuunication bit sorted, t put people at their ease.
