I am immensely proud to bring Eastman Acoustic Guitars to the attention of UK players who value craftsmanship, tone, and authenticity. Every Eastman guitar is genuinely handmade, not factory-assembled, built using traditional tools like chisels and scrapers, guided by the hands of skilled luthiers rather than machines.
Unlike many modern brands, Eastman remains true to its heritage, crafting instruments with soul and precision. The results are guitars that resonate with warmth, clarity, and exceptional responsiveness, from solid mahogany and spruce models to rosewood-backed masterpieces.
The quality of tonewoods used in each Eastman acoustic guitar is second to none, even their mahogany selections exceed what most manufacturers offer in their premium ranges.

Frequently Asked Questions About Eastman Acoustic Guitars
What makes Eastman acoustic guitars different from other brands?
Eastman guitars are genuinely handcrafted using traditional luthiery techniques, not mass-produced. Every neck, brace, and body is hand-shaped and voiced, resulting in a uniquely responsive tone and superior resonance compared to factory-built instruments.
Where are Eastman acoustic guitars made?
All Eastman acoustic guitars are handmade in Beijing, China, at Eastman’s own workshop. The factory operates more like a small guild of luthiers, combining Eastern craftsmanship with Western design principles for world-class results.
How do Eastman guitars compare to Taylor or Martin?
While Taylor and Martin use precision manufacturing, Eastman focuses on traditional handcrafting. This gives Eastman guitars a more organic feel and boutique-level tone at a more affordable price point, making them a favorite among discerning players.
All good take my Danelectro 12st in had a issues with fret rattle with using a capo so all adjusted new strings now just like new of which i bought from Richard Guitars from the start
After 20 years of only playing acoustic I decided to bite the bullet.. This is my second guitar purchase from Richard having bought a Furch several years ago. My FGN arrived in immaculate condition and beautifully set up playing perfect right out of the box. I was set on wanting a telecaster style guitar but after playing a number of fenders was always left disappointed. The quality of the Japanese craftsmanship cannot be overstated. In terms of how it plays it has a very flat fretboard which is a big plus for me and it does weigh a little more than average for a t style guitar but I guess thats what you get with solid ash bodies. At £849 including the full workshop setup this guitar is an absolute steal. I will enjoy playing it for many years to come.
