Since launching, they have become our go-to strings on all of our acoustic guitars because they offer a high-fidelity sound and resonance and they really get the very best out of your guitar without negatively impacting playability or feeling slippery like a lot of the other coated options out there because of how thin the coating is.

I (Jon here! Hello!) don't use anything else on any of my guitars at home.
I'm very very heavy on my strings and I play in all sorts of tunings from E standard, DADGAD and Open C on all of my guitars (both electric and acoustic) and the XS range have taken everything I've thrown at them while still lasting several months of abuse and still sounding great every single time I play.

Great set-up

My new guitar was set-up for me & it sounded great; but then it sounded great when I tried it out before buying.

However, as part of the deal, I also had my existing guitar set-up for half price. This sounded pretty good to me to begin with, but it was definitely improved once the work was done.

In summary, I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Amazing transformation

I upgraded my acoustic and at the same time had my two existing guitars serviced. When you buy a new guitar, the value of the pro set up can be overlooked because if you bought online like I did, you never see the pre condition. Having my existing guitars set up changes that. Beyond the 6th fret buzzed, my PRS also didn't play as well as I'd like. The acoustic now sounds nearly as good as the upgraded guitar. And the PRS is way more enjoyable to play. Great job on both.
