I highly recommend trying this guitar before you buy though as the effects are definitely more for some players than others (I personally love them).

From initial contact through to receiving my instrument at my door, Richards Guitars provided a first class service. Quick and frequent communication, a knowledgeable team that are clearly experienced musicians themselves and helpful responses to my many queries resulted in a fantastic service. The guitar arrived on the agreed date, well packaged and already set up perfectly for me by the Richards guitar tech. I’ve bought guitars from the larger retailers before and whilst they were pretty good, Richards Guitars have been the best value for money so far because of the advice, communication and shipping out the guitar set up and ready to go. It was a Lag Hyvibe that I bought by the way, and I’m really pleased I did. Well built, lovely tone and works so well whether on its own or amped up. The Hyvibe stuff is pretty magic as well. I’d recommend Richards to anyone looking to buy their next instrument!

This guitar is easily the most fun you can have with 6 strings and no cables. Had never bought a new guitar without playing it for hours beforehand so I was nervous, but Richards guitar team ensured it was a great experience. Excellent dealership. Thanks. Mick N

I am so happy with my new guitar from Richard, it was packaged really well which meant it arrived with no damage at all. It even came a day early which was a great bonus!

I would definitely recommend this guitar to anyone who is thinking about buying it and would also recommend Richards Guitars as I received great communication throughout the process.

The set up that was included meant that straight out of the box it needed a little bit of tuning but overall was ready to go!

Richards Guitars supplied me with a HyVibe LAG10DCE smart guitar and a Hiscox case. The HyVibe smart guitar is truly revolutionary and a joy to play. The team are very friendly and helpful. These are difficult times but they nonetheless got my kit to me in good time. I can highly recommend them to other musicians interested in cutting edge gear and quality instruments that are not your usual run-of-the mill product offerings.

I bought the guitar as a present for my husband and he is absolutely thrilled with it. He hasn't worked it all out yet but he loves the sound and hasn't picked up any of his other guitars since he received the Hyvibe.
As for the service I received I can't fault it, they kept me informed through the different stages of the sale. Excellent, would definitely recommend RICHARDS GUITARS.

I have a HyVibe (10 series) and its a complete game changer! Not only are the electronics clever but the guitars they are built into are first class. If you never turned on the electronics you would still be pleased with this guitar at this price.

Having agreed the price over the phone I received an email order confirmation and a message stating that the guitar would be set up as per my preferences. Sadly, the instrument was set up exactly as I didn't want it! My instructions had been ignored. Also, it was advertised as coming with £100 worth of added value, however I'm at a loss to know its whereabouts as it didn't come with the guitar. That said, I'm very happy with the instrument.
