Puts a smile on my face!

My second guitar from Richards Guitars and I couldn’t be more delighted. I wanted a good quality guitar for everyday gigging. My trusty Yamaha APX500iiEW is a great workhorse but lacked the tone I wanted.
My Auden Chester Neo 45 is too good to be used on the road. The LAG T70 ACE fitted the bill perfectly. The clarity and brightness of sound from the spruce top is just what I wanted at an affordable price. The staff at Richards Guitars know their stuff and never try to “up-sell” they just want you to get the guitar that is perfect for your needs and budget. Many thanks to Jon and Jake.

Superb!

Perfectly set up, an absolute joy to play and sounds fantastic. Easily the best 12 string I've ever owned or played and holds its tuning incredibly well. I'm looking forward to using it on future recording sessions.

My only (very very minor) grumble is that it didn't come with a soft case/ gig bag so I've had to shut it in the spare room to keep it away from children and pets!

Exceeded my expectations

I’ve had this guitar for less than 24 hours but I already love it. It’s extremely comfortable & easy to play and it sounds lovely. As with previous purchases from Richard’s Guitars it’s set up to perfection and the customer service received is second to none. If your looking for something a bit more compact that’s capable of playing different genres this is a really great option.

Beautiful guitar

I did a lot of research online, not only of guitars but guitar shops too. I decided that I wanted my next guitar from Richards Guitars because I liked what I had read about them, and Richard's YouTube videos are helpful and interesting. I was keen to see several guitars which the team kindly had waiting for me to try, along with the LAG which they thought I might like. They were right! There's just something about the LAG that makes it stand out from a line of guitars. It looks beautiful, has a lovely feel to it and sounds sublime. As a beginner, I appreciated the help and guidance offered and highly recommend Richards Guitars.

Tip top advice and service..again:grinning_face_with_star_eyes:

Although this wasn’t my first choice of guitar as that was out of stock, I very fortunately had my eyes opened to an exceptional brand I hadn’t even realised existed. Since receiving the above I have to say it is proving a joy to play. Having upper body arthritic issues this guitars slim body makes it a comfortable fit but what is very striking (can’t over emphasise this point enough) is the incredible sound it omits for a nylon strung guitar. The higher strings resonate for ages creating quite a lasting sound. For a smaller body it’s build provides a quite balanced warm sound. The neck being smaller also makes for easier stretches. It doesn’t feel too far away from the feel of my Fender Stratocaster. I’ll certainly be recommending Lag guitars to friends. For everyone else, don’t walk past this remarkable French build. Who’d have thought it? The French build high quality’ guitars! Every days a school day. Cheers Richard and your team:+1:

Lovely guitar but ……

This guitar gives amazing “bang per buck” in terms of tone, quality of finish and play-ability. Unfortunately the example received had a badly made nut which left the strings unevenly spaced and the low E string in danger of falling off the edge of the frets at the lower end. Easily remedied by my local luthier with a new nut.
