The GA1E is designed to be a very accessible acoustic guitar which is based on the popular Grand Auditorium body shape that boasts a full yet balanced sound. Great for everyday usage, and thanks to its integrated preamp system, the GA1E is also suitable for live performances.
Solid Spruce Top and Mahogany Back and Sides
The GA1E body is made from a combination of solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides, a perfect balance of tonewoods that has been used by many throughout the history of acoustic guitars.
Auditorium Cutaway Body Type
With dimensions of 4 5/8"(117㎜) body depth, upper bout width at 11 1/2"(292㎜) and lower bout width at 16"(405㎜), the Grand Regal’s body size is perfectly in between the large Dreadnought and the more intimate Grand Concert. This makes the Grand Regal ideal for both strumming/flatpicking and fingerstyle playing and suits the versatile acoustic player who prefers to have one guitar to cover a variety of sounds and playing styles.
