Faith naked series

Great service and setup. Well pleased overall. Totally recommend these guitars. As good as, if not better than my previous Martin DR series

Faith FKNE

I have recently purchased a Faith FKNE Neptune Electro guitar from Richards Guitars. It is a lovely guitar, has a great sound and is comfortable to hold. As I am a complete beginner I required a great deal of help and advice before choosing this guitar. Richard was very patient and provided all the information I needed to allow me to make an informed choice. The guitar was all set up for me before being sent by courier, arriving exactly when promised. I cannot recommend Richards Guitars highly enough and I would certainly buy from them again. Excellent service.

Amazing guitar

The only reasons I don't give 5 stars are because after a couple of days the g string would make a buzzing sound now and then, and because I had to get a thinner jack cable than the one I had to connect it to the amp. For the rest I'm very happy, the sound is amazing and powerful and it's an incredible guitar

Faith Naked electro Acoustic

Excellent service from richard guitars start to finish. The guitar left richards shop with the action set to my requirements and packed very well. The satin finish gives it lovely feel and shows the quality of the all soild woods. The guitar feels and sounds amazing and has plently of mid range punch there is some lower end and upper range tone but mainly mid range tone. This makes it an all around good strummer and suits finger style. If you only play finger style consider faith trembesi due to its increased upper tone and increased clarity. But the faith naked is amazing considering its price and includes the shadow pickup system is good and does its job well. Glad i found richards shop online as most shops online sell guitar in the box with factory setup meaning you have to send time and money but richard is different he does care and sets guitars to your requirements and packs carefully and sends it to you and he even has a shop you can vist if your local to him. He is online and on the end of the phone to help you with advice and doesnt push a sell. From now on when I want another guitar it will be from richard.

FAITH NATURAL NEPTUNE CUTAWAY ELECTRO

This is simply the nicest acoustic guitar I have ever owned, and also compares very well to much, much more expensive guitars that I've sometimes had in my possession. I've tried literally dozens of similarly priced guitars over the last few months, and nothing came close (and, sorry to say, I found the 'budget' models from the big names fared worst of all in comparison). With the Faith, it is like most of the others were wrapped in cotton wool; It is amazingly resonant. To my ears has a perfectly balanced sound, from the bass to the top…. all notes ring distinctly, and yet when strummed blend perfectly. It has a similar 'sweet' sort of tone to the Faith Venus that I tried (which I also thought was a very very good guitar) but has more projection and, importantly to me, more bottom end. It plays beautifully all the way up the neck, which I find very fast and comfortable to play - no dead spots at all. I'm also very impressed by how it maintains its tone and resonance when played very softly…. it can be as loud and booming or as gentle as subtle as you like. Simply, an amazing instrument, and at an amazing price for a solid wood guitar of this quality and character.

I think that buying it from Richards has enhanced my experience with it in a number of ways. Firstly, he will take the time to talk to you, and it genuinely feels like he wants to sell you the best guitar possible for you personally - not just sell a guitar per se, as has pretty much been my experience with all other music shops over the last 25 years. He certainly knows his stuff, and is a very friendly chap. Also, you have an extra layer of quality control with him - I feel sure he wouldn't sell a guitar that wasn't absolutely the best the factory made (and whatever you hear from some quarters, I don't think modern quality control/ consistency from the manufacturers is much better than it ever was - big differences between individual instruments which are 'the same' still exist in my experience). Finally, the fact you get a professional set-up before the guitar ships is a godsend. I was amazed by the difference it made - though the (large number) of Faith guitars I tried in the shops were very playable, little niggles occurred from time to time (e.g. intonation/ action etc.) Richards set-up makes an already excellent guitar pretty near perfect, IMO. In the future, Richards will always be the first port of call for me when I'm looking for another guitar in the future. Thanks Richard!
